I am writing in praise of Chris Feargrieve who has designed the cabinets for our kitchen.The space in our kitchen was a challenging and an unusual one. Chris was always available and willing to consult with us. He responded to every call and e-mail promptly and intelligently. After the kitchen cabinets were already installed, Chris followed up and addressed every concern we had. The result is a most attractive kitchen with a smart use of the space available.
I would not hesitate to recommend Chris to all our friends.

We (Patti MacAulay and Gino Seca) recently had a house built by Ramar. Our kitchen was built by Mikes and we dealt with Susan and Tony Chaisson. I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know we absolutely LOVE OUR KITCHEN (see attached pic). Susan and Tony were a wealth of knowledge and information which made our experience all the better.

Dear Mr. Ryan,
We are writing to express our appreciation to MCK, and especially Chris Feargrieve, for our new kitchen.
Last August, we set aside one full day to visit four kitchen companies, two in Halifax and two in Dartmouth, with a view to completely renovating our late-1960s kitchen. We carried with us pictures of the old kitchen and some ideas about what the new one should look like. Everything went as planned at kitchen company #1, and we came away with a good impression and a promise of a layout and quotation to follow in short order. MCK was #2 on our list, and when we arrived we were enthusiastically greeted by Chris Feargrieve. Right off the bat, he appeared to be really bright, highly knowledgeable, very personable, and full of energy. He had answers for all our questions, and when we left, again we had promises of a layout and quotation to follow.
Instead of heading directly over to Dartmouth as planned, we went home to have lunch and talk things over. We had heard so many stories from friends whose renovation projects had become nightmares, and Chris seemed to be the person who might save us from our own kitchen nightmare. So, we abandoned going to kitchen companies #3 and #4 altogether, and waited for the two quotes to arrive. To make a long story short, we soon entered into a full commitment with Chris and MCK, went through many variations before settling on the final design, and then happily signed the contract. When the job was done, we had probably had a dozen different people work in our kitchen (about half from MCK) and we are pleased to say that every one of them was pleasant, courteous, and efficient, none more so than Chris. We are delighted with the final product and will certainly refer our friends to Chris Feargrieve at MCK in the future.

Both Roselie and I wish to voice our appreciation for the work that has been done by your personnel while planning and renovating our kitchen.
Shortly after our arrival last July, we first visited your show room at Lacewood Drive in Halifax. That is when we first met Tony. Even though we told him that we were only seeking information and not ready to buy at that time, he really made us feel welcome, answered our questions and had excellent suggestions. Shortly after Christmas, we decided to go ahead and at that time also seeked information from several other retailers. We returned to your establishment several times, acquainted ourselves with your Website and also contacted the Better Business Bureau prior to making the decision to go with your firm.
From that point on, both Tony and Susan were truly excellent in sharing their knowledge with us, making appropriate suggestions while planning and coordinating the construction and installation with friendliness and professionalism. Tom and Perry are two other employees that have been made the experience much better than expected. Punctual, clean and gracious, they proceeded with the tear down and reconstruction of the kitchen efficiently and rapidly.
We are really pleased with the end product and will not hesitate to recommend your firm if the opportunity arises. Please feel free to use us as reference if needed. I may add, if you are sometime looking for a contractor to do such things as carpentry, electrical or plumbing work, I can recommend John LaPaix & Son. That firm looked after that kind of work to support the kitchen renovations and both he and his personnel were outstanding in the support given.
